Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis, and during normal order volume, we strive for a 2-3 week turnaround time. During periods of high demand, delays may occur as we work hard to keep up with orders while maintaining our high standards. We genuinely appreciate your patience and support as we continue to grow and serve the equine community.

We use USPS Priority Mail for shipping. Delivery typically takes 2-5 days based on your location.

At EquuSound we have over 70 different sizes. The first step in helping us narrow down your horse's ideal fit is ordering our EquuSound Sizing Gauge Kit. Once you provide your horse's ear width and depth measurements during the Standard Collection order process, we will send you the 5-10 keys that will best fit your horse. All products returned must be in new, resalable condition, including packaging and any promotional items originally included. Refunds and exchanges can only be given up to 30 days after initial purchase date.

EquuSound guarantees the quality and workmanship of their earplugs for 60 DAYS from the date of purchase. Subject to approval from date of purchase, EquuSound will reimburse or replace your earplugs against faulty workmanship.

Obtaining an additional set is simple for both new and returning customers. We maintain your horse's impressions and sizes for an extended period. Visit our I Want A Second Set For My Horse product page to customize your new set if this is for the same horse.

If you are a new customer ordering sets for multiple horses: Order one EquuSound Sizing Gauge to measure the width and depth of all your horse's ears. Subsequently, make a Standard Collection earplug order per horse. Each horse requires a separate order in your cart to receive their appropriate EquuSound Sizing Keys and enable personalization of their earplugs.
